Footy Fitness Daily is dedicated to sharing exercises that may be able to improve and maintain fitness levels for football. The base of most of the trainings consists of cardio exercises since, as already mentioned, a player is required to run long distances regardless of the position (slight exception for goalkeepers). The running exercises are typically paired with basic strength and resistance training for the whole body. The daily plans stress intensity over longevity with most plans lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Since intensity is key, players should try and improve on their performances, getting more reps than before or being faster than before.
